Mark and Stuart had been found to have been using some of the food Roger had left in the office fridge without permission from Roger. The item which caused the most upset was the organic almond milk, understandably, because only a drop was left of it and it is necessary for Roger to have with his tea due to his lactose-intolerance. Mark's defence was to say that he is also lactose-intolerant, but we haven't received any notes from the doctor just yet. After litigation, Mark, Stuart and Roger have settled the compensation Roger felt was due to him.
