I am willing to except this if I am able to bring pets into the property. I currently have a few fish, that I keep in a tank, and do not want to apart with them. I am also an avid smoker, and it would be important to me that I am able to smoke out of the window thoroughout the day. I appreciate that these terms may not be appealing to you, but I believe them to be reasonable. Please let me know what you thought.
