The meeting will commence at 07:30 on the second floor of the Shaftsbury building. Coffee, tea and croissants will be available before and during the meeting. Each panel member must follow the seating plan, where their name will be identifiable at the chair's head. The meeting will last for two hours and will cover most imminent business matters, as well as the introduction of our newest member.
