After purchasing your book online, follow these instructions to assemble it yourself: • Print out your purchased PDF file. • Locate the cover page and cut it in half, following the indicated line. • One by one, or in groups of maximum five, fold each page or pages in half, making sure the numbers are in chronological order. • Each print out page will therefore create four book pages. • Place the two pieces of the cut cover page on the front and bottom of the interior pages. • Staple the left-hand side of the book. Your newly purchased book is now ready to be read!
